In recent years, Korean culture has experienced an unprecedented rise on a global scale, popularly known as the "Korean Wave" or Hallyu. The focal point of this phenomenon is the ubiquitous presence of K-pop music, which has become a true global sensation. Groups like BTS, BLACKPINK, and EXO have gained immense international fame, captivating people worldwide with their catchy melodies and impressive stage performances.

In addition, K-dramas have become extremely popular among viewers outside of Korea. These television series, often characterized by profound storytelling, well-developed characters, and irresistible humor, are winning hearts. "Squid Game," one of the most-watched K-dramas of all time, became a global hit due to its thrilling plot and exceptional production.

Furthermore, Korean films, such as Bong Joon-ho's "Parasite," are winning prestigious awards at international film festivals. In 2019, "Parasite" even won four Oscars, including Best Picture, making it the first non-English film to receive such a prestigious award.

This cultural influence extends to Korean fashion, food, and language, providing enthusiasts of Hallyu with a complete immersion into the rich and diverse Korean culture. Overall, the Korean Wave represents a fascinating blend of tradition and modernity that connects people worldwide in a unique way.
